Vintage Franciscan Desert Rose Enamel Coated Metal Tea Kettle with Wooden Handle. Hard to Find.
Features the charming Desert Rose pattern on a cream background.
Crafted in Taiwan as a market reproduction. Wooden handle shows wear due to age and use. Shown in picture.
Marked reproduction Franciscan Desert Rose made in Taiwan on the base.
9" tall with handle / 7 1/2in tall without handle / 9 1/2in across with spout / 7in across without spout
Capacity: 8 cups. Built in strainer.
Please note the exterior appearance is incredibly good with no damage to the rose design. The interior has been cleaned thoroughly!
But much of the original interior coating has worn through to the enamel. certain damage on the base to the makers mark as well. See last photo.
I would endorse this be used for display only.
